This privacy notice explains, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how we process the personal data you share with us through the contact and meeting request form on the SP360° website.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by the SP360° group as data controller. You can reach us at bilgi@saripartners.com.
2. Data we process
- Identity and contact details: full name, e-mail address, phone number
- Request details: the subject you select and the content of your message
- Security data: IP address, date and time of submission, record of your consent
3. Purposes
- Assessing your request and getting back to you
- Forwarding your request to the group company that matches its subject
- Planning and providing our services
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights in case of disputes
- Preventing misuse of the form and unsolicited messages
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), and the corresponding provisions of the KVKK.
5. Sharing
Depending on the subject of your request, your data may be shared with the group companies under the SP360° roof (Sarı Avukatlık Ortaklığı, SP Global Sigorta, SP Emlak & İnşaat). As the group has offices in the Netherlands and Türkiye, your data may be transferred between these countries on the basis of your consent and the safeguards required by applicable law. Data may also be shared, to the extent necessary, with competent authorities where required by law and with partners providing the website's hosting and technical infrastructure. Your data is never sold or rented for marketing purposes.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your request and carry out any resulting service, and in any case no longer than 2 years after your request is closed. It is then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires a longer period.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability, as well as the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
